Privacy
Last updated October 6, 2026
This page explains what happens to information when you visit allymd.ai or use its early-access forms. Information that Ally handles for a clinic as part of patient care is covered by that clinic’s privacy notice and by our agreement with the clinic, not by this page.
What we collect
- Early-access forms. If you fill one in, we receive what you type: for clinics, your name, clinic and email address; for patients, your email address. Please don’t include medical information.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records each request: the page or file, the time, your IP address and your browser’s user agent. We use these logs to keep the site secure and to count visits.
What we don’t do
- No cookies, no advertising or analytics trackers, and no third-party scripts on this site.
- We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
How we use it
We use form submissions only to reply to you about early access. Submissions reach our team by email through Amazon Web Services. The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions while we’re talking with you about early access, and delete them when you ask. Server logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the form on our home page and say it’s about privacy.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and its date.
